Scripture: Acts 17:29
Therefore since we are God’s offspring, prescription we should not think that the divine being is like gold or silver or stone—an image made by human design and skill.
Thought for the Day: God is not like gold or sliver or stone, sick yet gold, sale silver and stone would not exist without God. So God must somehow be the substance of all material objects (including all of us), while not being defined by the structure of those material objects. God is the fundamental quanta, an essence, a vibration, a consciousness out of which all matter forms. God is formless yet also the form of the material world.
Prayer: Infinite God, may I begin to understand just how deeply you are a part of my very existence, that without your creative energy there would be nothing, and that nothing I look at in the physical world begins to impart even a fraction of your image. For you are energy, endless energy, motivating our lives and moving the entire universe ever forward. Amen.
